CNSQ is the initials of Engr. Cesar Noel S. Quiñon, Most of his friends call him “Noel” but he’s more commonly known as “cnetboss” online. He has been blogging since 2004 and settled into this domain earlier this year.

Aside from working as a Web Developer and a Graphic Designer for Agents of Value, he wears several hats including (but not limited to) stints as a blogger, freelance computer technician, digital photographer/videographer and as a licensed electrical engineer among others.

He has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Mindanao - Davao in 2000 and studied Dreamweaver, Flash and PHP/MySQL Programming at Genetic Computer Institute - Davao in 2005.

He used to work as Studio-Remote Engineer & Videographer for GMA-TV 5 Davao and before that, as a Computer technician /Web & Graphic Designer for CNETWorx Computer Services.
